The particularity of Les Forgés 1890 knives is that they are entirely forged in a round bar of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, benefiting from the fibre and quality of hot forging. They offer incomparable balance and sturdiness. These high-quality knives allow for precise and effortless cutting. They feature a stabilised beechwood handle with an ergonomic profile, a tribute to the traditional pocketknife, and offer a remarkable grip.
X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensure a perfect cut.
Blade hardness 56-57 HRC,
The full-tang blade extends throughout the entire length of the handle. The knife is robust and well balanced.
The handle is in beechwood from sustainably managed forests and it is no varnished. It is stabilized to improve water resistance. Its ergonomic design is an homage to the traditional pocket knife and provides outstanding grip comfort.
These full forged kitchen knives can be used both at home and in restaurants.
